Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled with 24 hours notice. You can reschedule, or request a refund of the amount for the session. The cost of $97 for the BioGraffs set, if included and already sent, is non-refundable. BioGraffs is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience and maintaining professional standards in all continuing education programming. We welcome feedback and take participant concerns seriously. If a participant has a complaint or dispute related to any aspect of a BioGraffs program, the following procedure applies: Informal Resolution Participants are encouraged to first address any concerns directly with the workshop facilitator, either during or immediately following the session. Many issues can be resolved informally through direct communication. Formal Complaint Submission If the issue is not resolved informally, the participant may submit a written complaint within 14 days of the program’s conclusion. Complaints should be emailed to [info@biograffs.com] with the subject line “CE Complaint” and must include: The participant’s name and contact information The date and title of the program A detailed description of the concern The desired resolution or outcome Review and Response The complaint will be reviewed by the program director within 10 business days. A written response will be provided, outlining any findings, actions taken, or steps for further resolution. Appeal Process If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may request a secondary review. A final determination will be made within an additional 10 business days. All decisions at this stage are final. Recordkeeping All complaints and related correspondence will be documented and retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with NBCC guidelines. BioGraffs values transparency, fairness, and participant satisfaction. We are committed to continuous improvement and resolving all complaints in a timely, respectful manner.
