Let BioGraffs help you figure things out. I'll show you how. You'll get a BioGraff Mag kit — plus Jennifer online to guide you through working on whatever is on your mind or challenging you. Whether you're navigating a difficult decision, processing a relationship, making sense of a life transition, or simply trying to untangle what's been taking up space in your mind, BioGraffs can help you gain clarity and perspective. In this private online session, you'll receive a BioGraff Mag Kit and personal guidance from Jennifer as you learn the BioGraffs method and apply it to a topic that matters to you. Together, you'll create a visual representation of your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and perspectives, often revealing patterns and insights that are difficult to access through thinking or talking alone. Jennifer will be with you every step of the way. Many people describe the experience as a form of visual journaling—a chance to step outside the mental tangle, see things differently, and discover new possibilities. A BioGraffs kit is included and mailed to you in advance. (Please schedule your session at least two weeks in advance to allow time for delivery.) Important Note BioGraffs sessions are educational and experiential in nature. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Jennifer Beman is not acting as a therapist or mental health professional in these sessions. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and for deciding how to use any insights gained through the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled with 24 hours notice. You can reschedule, or request a refund of the amount for the session. The cost of $97 for the BioGraffs set, if included and already sent, is non-refundable. BioGraffs is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience and maintaining professional standards in all continuing education programming. We welcome feedback and take participant concerns seriously. If a participant has a complaint or dispute related to any aspect of a BioGraffs program, the following procedure applies: Informal Resolution Participants are encouraged to first address any concerns directly with the workshop facilitator, either during or immediately following the session. Many issues can be resolved informally through direct communication. Formal Complaint Submission If the issue is not resolved informally, the participant may submit a written complaint within 14 days of the program’s conclusion. Complaints should be emailed to [info@biograffs.com] with the subject line “CE Complaint” and must include: The participant’s name and contact information The date and title of the program A detailed description of the concern The desired resolution or outcome Review and Response The complaint will be reviewed by the program director within 10 business days. A written response will be provided, outlining any findings, actions taken, or steps for further resolution. Appeal Process If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may request a secondary review. A final determination will be made within an additional 10 business days. All decisions at this stage are final. Recordkeeping All complaints and related correspondence will be documented and retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with NBCC guidelines. BioGraffs values transparency, fairness, and participant satisfaction. We are committed to continuous improvement and resolving all complaints in a timely, respectful manner.
