Cancellation Policy
“Parts, Patterns, and Perspective: The BioGraffs Method® in Clinical Practice has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Jennifer Beman is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP- 5133.” Program Fees, Refunds, and Participant Cancellation Policy Participant Cancellations: Participants who cancel at least three calendar days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than three days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. Provider Cancellations: In the event that the program must cancelled, participants will receive a full refund or may elect to transfer their registration to a future program of equal value. The provider ensures an equitable and timely review of participant complaints and disputes related to this program. Jennifer Beman will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five business days and will review all relevant information to determine an appropriate resolution. Participants who complete a program but are dissatisfied with the educational experience may receive a full refund if requested within 24 hours of completion. In such cases, the participant will not receive a Certificate of Completion.
