Tell the stories that define you. This is a great sequence for so many situations: do it with a friend or partner for a fun activity, use it with a partner to get to know each other better, use it with a therapist in those beginning session to understand your history and where you are, use it on your own for deep self-exploration. Seven sessions to use in any order - pick and choose what you want to do, but it's a good idea to do Session One first since it comes up later.
